Slowly and consciously, we take our attention through the body, inviting every muscle, organ and fibre of our being into relaxation. It is a beautiful way to ease tension away, which then enables renewed energy to flow as healing, peace, life, love, etc.

This is also a fabulous technique to help relax and ease you into sleep, cosy and comfortable in bed.
To experience this relaxation technique in person, join us for our Thursday evening meditation or our Sunday morning Daily Word prayer and meditation, as we are currently using this method to relax and lead us into our meditation together.
