Are you looking for a deeper experience of stillness and well-being that comes out of the silence?
Using our Daily Word and other Unity affirmation as a guide each Thursday, we will take the theme as the basis for our meditation.
We are gently guided into a state of relaxation to help us focus on the energy of God within us.
