Held annually on the second Thursday in September, Unity's World Day of Prayer unites Unity and New Thought partner communities for a 24-hour period of prayer practice around the world. In prayer, we dissolve our personal borders as we realise God within us, around us - an active source of life, love, and wisdom.
Since its inception, this sacred initiative has supported more than 15 million people worldwide with prayer. It is truly an honour to hold each dear person in prayer, on this day and every day – no need is too small or too large, each dear one held close in our hearts in recognition of the spiritual beings we all really are.
Be part of our UK 12-hour vigil, by clicking through to our website and sharing your name, the time you will be with us in prayer and the names of everyone you would like held in prayer throughout the vigil and for the following thirty days.
Let us create and experience a day which blesses our world.
Our theme this year is: "Be still and know"
The affirmation is: "In the Stillness I awaken to Divine Wisdom"

How to take part:
Complete the form below, sharing names you would like Silent Unity to hold in prayer with you, and sharing the times you will be connecting with us in prayer. Here at our Silent Unity UK headquarters, we will hold the high watch of prayer from 9am-9pm, with an elevated mind and an open heart. Together let us support each other in prayer by recognising the Presence of God here within us all. We will host the day online using Zoom to enable you to connect with us in person from wherever you are in the world. For more details on how to take part see the video below which was filmed a few years ago in 2020. |

World Day of Prayer gives us an opportunity to come together in celebration of our oneness with God, each other and our world. Through prayer we foster peace and wholeness in our community, our individual lives and our planet.
