The heart of Unity is prayer and being in the silence through meditation. Both have the potential to connect us into the God-presence and we find we are changed.
In this course, Kimerie will lead us through various forms of meditation, exploring its benefits and dealing with resistance to it.
With helpful tips to develop a regular meditation practice and experiencing a different meditation each week, this course is practical and experiential.
Required reading: Meditation for Dummies, Stephen Bodian (2nd or 3rd edition)
Recomended reading: Heart Centered Metaphysics- Paul Hasselbeck

If you are taking this as a registered student within the Unity SEE (Spiritual Education and Enrichment) curriculum, the fee is £35. This includes £10, the admin fee for Unity National School UK, through which we teach classes. The Unity UK National School is recognised by Unity Worldwide Ministries in America. You will receive 10 credits for this course.
