The Unity movement focuses on searching for this deeper truth about who we are, so that we can live with greater freedom, joy and peace.  Here at Unity UK, we offer a range of tools to support you on your journey. These tools include affirmative prayer, affirmations, our inspirational magazine Daily Word, spiritual books and materials. We also run regular online and in person workshops, retreats, services and meetings,  where you can explore these practices further, experience spiritual connection and meet others on a similar path.
