Your selection of meditations for this month
Many people see Prayer and Meditation as the heart-centre of the Unity movement. And in this slot, over the coming months, we hope you will get a taste of the wide variety of forms and approaches that Meditation can take. Some are guided, linked to a particular theme, such as healing or peace. Others are simpler, with more silence and a minimum of spoken words. Meditations can be just two or three minutes long - or can last half an hour or more. And some, as in our online Daily Word service, use a longer reflection to start of a time of prayer and sacred stillness. For this, our opening month, we share a very prayerful guided meditation on healing, led by Kimerie Mapletoft.
