- Take part in short meditations to become more present and aware of the blessings in your life.
- Watch fun videos on how others approach Gratitude.
- Listen to wonderful songs to find inspiration for your creative journaling practice.
- Create a piece of colourful artwork related to what you feel grateful for that day, to generate more of what you are thankful for in your life

How to register
Please select the date of the class you wish to attend on the drop down menu below then click add to cart.
Please book at least 12 hours before the class starts in order for us to have enough time to send you the zoom link and details.
Payment can also be made by card. Please call the Unity office on 01628 628916
Overseas Students only
We are unfortunatly unable to take payment outside the UK. Instead please pay £5 through this donation link and in comment to advise that the payment is for the art gratitude class and which date/s you wish to attend . Click to pay
