Unity Prayer Class - on zoom

- We will look at the Unity way of prayer, comparing to more traditional Christian methods of prayer.
- We will spend quality time on experiencing the importance of release and letting go through surrender, relaxation techniques and the use of denial statements
- Focusing on affirmative prayer we will write some on our own affirmations that support us in our lives now
- We will discuss and experience the 5-step prayer process Unity uses, so that each student can create their own prayer practice.
