When Unity was founded more than 130 years ago by the Fillmores, it was not to establish a church or convert anyone to a new belief system.
Instead Charles and Myrtle wanted to share what they were learning about spiritual principles in the hope they could supplement and enhance others' understanding.
The intention with this booklet is to share the tools we have discovered and are using, to either enhance what you already do, or invite you to some new practices to make your own.
