Count your blessings, especially if you are feeling low.
Light a candle for someone.
Start a gratitude journal. Each day before going to bed, write down five to ten things you are grateful for. After finishing your list say, ‘thank you God for the blessings in my life.’
Make gratitude part of your daily routine. Give thanks as part of every meditation and prayer practice.
Give back to the universe with random acts of kindness. An unexpected gift. A smile to a passer by. Help somone at the grocery check-out.
