Challenges can be a blessing in disguise

At the turn of the year, it is a perfect time to reflect on the experiences lived and shared in 2025. Is there something I want to see more clearly or know more fully? What experiences would I like more of or not have at all!

For me, this means being honest with myself without judgement; practising understanding and forgiveness followed by release-work; letting go. To ask of my Self, what blessed me and what caused unexpected challenges?

I am sure we could all write a list! One thing I am clear about, however, is that anything that is a challenge in our lives is only here to show us where we are not experiencing God-Presence. It is not that Source as Love is not here. It is that, through our ‘I am only human’ experiences, we believe we are separate from Source, our True Self and each other. As Charles and Myrtle Fillmore repeatedly expressed, if we put all our belief in the outside world, we have put something in the way of us and our God-experience, the experience of our divinity.

It is our work to release and let go of these human-held beliefs and feelings and instead, put the desire to know our oneness with God first. From this, everything good comes forth. And we recognise the challenges have been blessings in disguise!

My invitation to us all, as we take stock of 2025, is to use the qualities of Love and Understanding to help us focus on what our desire, our intention is, for this coming year.

Then join us for our Burning Bowl, New Year, Ceremony, 4th January at 3pm, on Zoom and in person at Taplow. Allow the ceremony to guide you into setting the tone for your year ahead.

I hold the vision for a healing and uplifting 2026 together.
Happy New Year!
